recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. I recently ordered a Lenovo gaming laptop from this store, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Right from my first interaction, the customer support team was incredibly responsive. When I asked about availability and technical specifications, they provided prompt and technically sound answers. Once I was fully convinced, they guided me through an easy and seamless booking process.
On the day of pickup, I got a bit lost on the way, but their team was incredibly helpful and guided me step-by-step until I reached the store directly. The location itself is chic, quiet, and highly professional, managed by a polite and knowledgeable staff. I especially appreciated the comfortable testing lounge, which allowed me to unbox and test the device with complete peace of mind.
To top it all off, their warm hospitality at the end was the perfect finishing touch. All of this guarantees that I will definitely be dealing with them for any future needs. Highly recommended!

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. I ordered a MacBook Air M4 2025 from Geeks Store and had a really good experience.

The MacBook arrived on the same day, and the store was very flexible with the payment. The delivery driver was also very patient and waited while I checked and verified the MacBook’s serial number before accepting it.

I originally ordered the MacBook with an English keyboard and had asked the store if they had the same model with an Arabic keyboard. They didn’t, but when I opened the package, I found a set of Arabic keyboard stickers included for me, which was a really nice touch and showed that they pay attention to their customers.

They also included an international adapter for free, and the MacBook came with a one-year warranty.

Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service and the little extra touches. I would definitely recommend Geeks Store.
