At Geeks Store, we aim to make returns and refunds clear and hassle-free. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when making a return.
1. In-Stock Products
- Condition: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a verified manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. A certified service center must confirm the defect.
- Product Inspection: All returned products will be inspected to ensure they are free from any damage caused by misuse. Please retain the original packaging to avoid damage during the return.
2. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Card Payments: A 2% non-refundable fee will be deducted for card transactions, as charged by the payment gateway.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
- Invoice Requirement: Please provide the original invoice in your name when requesting a return or exchange.
3. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled without any charges if canceled before shipment.
- After Shipping: If the product has already been shipped, a shipping fee of 300 EGP will be deducted from your refund.
4. Products Imported by Request
- No Cancellation After Purchase: If you request a product to be imported, the order cannot be canceled after purchase.
- Return Policy: Imported products are not eligible for the 14-day return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect, confirmed by an authorized service center, within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Cost Responsibility: If you return an imported product for reasons other than a defect, you will bear the international shipping, customs fees, and the cost of returning the item.
5. Exempt Goods (Non-Returnable Items)
Certain products are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software products (e.g., game codes, software licenses)
- Perishable goods such as batteries, food items, or consumable tech accessories.
These items cannot be returned for any reason once purchased.
6. Return Location
Customers are responsible for returning the product to our physical store at: 19 Samir Abdelrauof St, Makram Ebeid, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and that all relevant documents (e.g., invoice) are included.
7. Return and Refund Timeline
Once the product is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the inspection is completed and will be subject to any applicable fees.
